Definition of Community Life
Building community, not just between young people, but with their families, and engaging youth in the broader parish community. People want to feel like they are part of something bigger than them. They need to feel connected and accepted. St. Joe Youth tries to connect young people through the Body of Christ. Sometimes we break bread together at a Christmas party or at the Parent/Teen Banquet. Many life-long friendships begin at St. Joe Youth. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, people who make the connection to each other and through Christ, have a more meaningful existence and want to share that with others.

World Youth Day at Six Flags It's "Catholic Day" at Six Flags! Come with us to Six Flags Over Texas Theme Park and celebrate being Catholic. We will spend the day at the park riding the rides and checking out all the fun stuff at Six Flags. We will eat lunch together, hear great music, and help celebrate Mass with about 5,000 other Catholic youth and adults from the dioceses of Fort Worth and Dallas. Registration Deadline is October 1st. |
