The New School Year is Here!

We are getting ready for another awesome year with St. Joe Youth! If you haven't done so already, you really need to register for our weekly programs (Youth Night and ThE EDGE). You don't want to miss a single amazing thing that may happen this year!

St. Joe's Youth Rocks!

With the new school year upon us, we have new hopes, new dreams, and new opportunities to grow in our faith. We resolve this year to bring your faith goals to a reality. Make sure to register for our weekly programs for youth. Youth Night is our high school program which meets on Wednesdays at 7PM and ThE EDGE is is our weekly middle school program (6-8 grades) which meets on Sunday nights at 7PM.

Why do youth keep participating in these weekly events and so much more at St. Joe's? It's because Jesus calls us to be involved and when we answer that call, it makes us feel GREAT!

If you visit this sight often, you will stay connected with the coolest parish in the Diocese of Fort Worth. Together, we are building the Body of Christ one youth at a time!

Region 10 Catholic Youth Conference
We would like to take a few high school youth to represent St. Joseph at the Region 10 Catholic Youth Confenrence in Little Rock, Arkansas November 12-14, 2010. A $100 deposit will hold your spot. We are limiting our group to 4 female high school youth and 4 male high school youth plus 2 adult leaders. Contact Scott before September 5 so that he can include you on this great adventure!

We're back to kick-off another wonderful year of Youth Night. We will offer pizza and soft drinks. This is for all youth registered for Youth Night including: Teen Talk (9th Grade), CIA (10th Grade and older who have not been Confirmed), and Young Apostles (high school youth who have been Confirmed).

This is the first of seven Tuesday night sessions to help prepare the 6-8 grade youth who need to receive their First Holy Communion. Attendance is mandatory. Don't be late and please bring a pen or pencil.

World Youth Day at Six Flags

It's "Catholic Day" at Six Flags! Come with us to Six Flags Over Texas Theme Park and celebrate being Catholic. We will spend the day at the park riding the rides and checking out all the fun stuff at Six Flags. We will eat lunch together, hear great music, and help celebrate Mass with about 5,000 other Catholic youth and adults from the dioceses of Fort Worth and Dallas. Registration Deadline is October 1st.
